Delays and Rescheduling Due to the COVID Lockdown
We here at BH Events and Experiences would like to update everyone about how we’re dealing with the COVID-19 lockdown, and the fact that many of your events have had to be postponed.
According to government advice, we’ve had to effectively shut down operations – along with most organisations in the UK’s events industry. However, we haven’t forgotten about you, or the events which we still intend to deliver.
We’re monitoring the COVID situation closely, and we’ve updated all of our procedures to comply with the best practices of social distancing and public health. Now that we’re confident of our ability to deliver your events safely, we’ll be rescheduling them on a case-by-case basis for dates in late 2020 and early 2021. Of course, we’ll consult with each of you before rescheduling your events, and will work with you to provide the same quality service you’ve come to expect from BH Events and Experiences.

Once again, we ask you to bear with us. This has been a very difficult time for the entire nation, and the health of our clients and our guests has to be our first concern. That said, we look forward to providing the events you’re expecting just as soon as we possibly can.
Refunds for Cancelled Events
It is our policy to fulfil every event we’ve arranged with you, even if they have to be rescheduled due to national emergencies like the COVID-19 lockdown. However, if it is truly impossible to reschedule or rework your event, it may be necessary to cancel the event. If cancellation is unavoidable, your deposit will be refunded, as described in our Refund Policy.
